At Master Pet Supply, we want you and your pet to love every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we make returns simple and stress-free.
How to Return

Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Condition: Returned items must be brand new, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns for refund or exchange.

No Restocking Fee: We never charge restocking fees for properly returned items in new, resalable condition.

Used or Damaged Items: If an item is returned used, damaged, or not in its original packaging, a restocking fee may apply, or the refund may be withheld.

Defective or Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team before returning it. You won’t be responsible for return shipping if the product was received damaged or incorrect.
We may request photos or proof of the issue so we can assist with a replacement and file any necessary carrier or manufacturer claims.
To Start a Return
Please contact our Customer Support team to obtain an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number before sending your return.
An RGA# helps us track and process your return quickly.

Return Shipping Address
Your return location will be determined when your RGA# is issued.
Please do not ship items to a warehouse without an RGA#, as it may delay your refund.

Return Guidelines
Once you’ve received your RGA#, please follow these steps for a smooth return process:

Ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier with tracking.

Include a copy of your original order or packing slip in the box.

Write your RGA# clearly on the outside of the shipping box.

Use the original packaging when possible, and remove or cover any previous shipping labels.

Please allow up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return once it’s delivered to our facility.

Refunds will be issued for the item value and applicable taxes (excluding original delivery/shipping charges).

Returns sent without an RGA# may experience delays in processing or may not be accepted.

Please keep your tracking number for your records until your refund or exchange is confirmed.
