Order Processing
If your item is in stock and your order is placed by 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time, it will typically ship within 24 hours. During peak times, processing may take up to 48 hours, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving.

Free Shipping (Yes, Really)
We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the lower 48 U.S. states. Depending on your location, we’ll ship via USPS or UPS—whichever gets your package there efficiently and economically.  If you use a P.O. Box your order will ship USPS.

Tracking Your Package
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder—it might be hiding. Keep in mind that tracking can take up to 24 hours to update once it’s scanned by the carrier.

You can also log into your account anytime (via the link at the top of our site) to view your order status and tracking info.
